PikoFlux provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to recurring housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and janitorial programs, post-construction cleanup, and carpet and floor care. The specific scope, schedule, and price of any Services are agreed between you and PikoFlux prior to performance, typically through a written quote or service agreement.
Quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide and are not final until confirmed in writing by PikoFlux. The final price may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of the property differs materially from the information provided. We will communicate any such adjustment before proceeding.
Payment terms are specified in your quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the Services. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable late fees as permitted by applicable law. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This re-clean commitment is our sole remedy for service-quality concerns and does not constitute a cash refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PikoFlux maintains general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We take reasonable care while performing the Services. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service so we can investigate and address the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PikoFlux and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PikoFlux and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

Our quote request form is processed using a third-party form-handling service. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services or websites.
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
